It is clarified that there shall not be any deemed or implied acceptance of any variation or modification by MPPLS of the terms of the Bid Documents. 1.1 Clarification of Bid Documents Any prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the Bid Documents may notify in writing or by Fax at the address indicated in the Invitation for Bids. MPPLS may respond in writing to any request for clarification of the Bid Documents which is received not later than 20 days prior to the deadline for submission of Bids prescribed by MPPLS. MPPLS shall not be obliged to respond to all clarifications and communications issued or sought by Bidders. Written copies of MPPLSs response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be sent to all prospective Bidders who have purchased the Bid Documents.
