Transfer policy
Scope all employees are liable to be transferred to one location to another or from jspl to any of its subsidiary companies or vice versa as may be deemed necessary in the interest of companys business. Procedure transfer of employees up to Dy. Manager is finalised with the consent of respective EDs in consultation with respective function and HR Heads with intimation to corporate HR. However Manager and above is implemented with approval of VC & CEO.

Employees can be deputed to other group unit/ Sister company/another location of the same for Long duration assignment. Scope this policy and procedure to every permanent employee of the group excluding trainees Deputation Allowance the employee will be given deputation allowance @15% of their basic/consolidated salary subject to minimum 1500/month. Accommodation At the place of deputation, employee will be provided with bachelor facility and in case of family shifting to deputed location company will reimburse 30% of Basic.

Working hour and shifts


Objective To ensure smooth & continuous operation by availability of minimum manpower in operation, maintenance, others. Scope & Availability This policy applies to every permanent employee of group including trainees. Process There are 3 shifts & 1 general shift in practice. general shift tech 8:00-17:00 hrs Half hr(lunch) non tech 9:00-18:00 hrs Same A shift 6:00-14:00 hrs No Meal Break B shift 14:00-22:00 hrs Same C shift 22:00-6:00 hrs same

Recording of attendance
Scope this policy applies to all permanent employee including trainees. Process recording of attendance is compulsory for all employees for which they use electronic punching card or thumb impression. Identification & access card it is issued to all employees. it is compulsory to carry the same. loss of card must b intimated to personnel dept. card must be surrendered to the same in case of separation.

Uniform policy
Objective To create sense of belongingness among employees to exhibit professional appearance Scope This policy applies to every permanent employees including trainees. Procedure Uniform will be given to employees including trainees.

Salary Component
Objective To Pay Compensation that is competitive, motivational, fair and equitable, variable with individual & company performance. Scope This policy and procedure apply to every permanent employyee of the group including trainees. Components remarks Basic salary Approx 40% of gross special allowance flexible perquisite plan as per grade structre children education allowance conveyance allowance leave travel assistance medical reimbursement
