Termination of contract with celebrity fitness centre 0122100484

This is to inform your center that Ms Evonne Tai would like to terminate her contract which she has with your centre with immediate effect. I have called up your centre and spoke to your staff in early January 2011 and middle June 2011 to inform of Evonnes intention to terminate the contract in July 2011. Lately on 11 August 2011 my account was debited with the amount of RM145 by your centre. Why was this amount debited from my account when Evonnes contract already expire in July. I hope whoever is incharge will have a look into this. The contract was signed sometime early last year (2010) and now already over the 1 year period. Ms Evonne has left for Melbourne to do her High School there and therefore will not be able to attend any of your fitness programme. Due to your trainers unavailability Evonne still has 14 RPT session with your centre. Spoke to Encik Aniq on 15 Sept regarding. Kindly look into this matter with urgency.
