Subject: Regarding bad condition of B-9 Park. Dear Sir, With the reference of this letter we would like to draw your kind attention toward the prevailing condition of B-9 Park in our area. It is kindly noted that this is an only park in our area which is used for multiple purpose but now its condition is day by day degrading & due to this local people are facing many problems. To resolve these problems some effective measures must be taken. Some problems are listed below on which we can work upon: 1. Proper arrangement of water for plantation is not available. Proper water arrangement should be there with sprinklers at different locations in the park. 2. Park should be well leveled with uniformly distributed grasses. 3. Footpath is broken at many places. It should be repaired & also cover the whole circle of the park. 4. Path lights are not available along the footpath. 5. Boundary grills are broken at many places. 6. Fencing should be there at play area. 7. Zigzag gate is not available at church side & on other sides they are present but in broken condition. 8. Proper dustbins should be there & cleanness of the park is required. 9. Stray animals enter easily in the park which should be avoided. 10. Ice-cream wala & burger wala at front gate of the park should be removed as they creating dirtiness with their products. Above mentioned effective measures must be taken to regain the beauty of the park. Therefore, we are requested you to take immediate action so that local people can avail the full advantage of the park. Thanking you Yours faithfully
