Southampton Publick House is more than just another restaurant in The Hamptons. It is the East Ends most famous and successful microbrewery. The winner of countless awards from the Great American Beer Festival and rated best brewpub by Beer Advocate Magazine in 2003, the Publick House serves its patrons fantastic beer brewed mere feet from where they sit. In particular, you must try Phil Markowskys masterful manipulation of the traditional Belgium white beer, the Southampton Double White (91 in Draft Magazine and 94 on RateBeer.com). Aided by the hints of Orange and Coriander, the Double White is light and crisp, which distinguishes it from most double strength brews. It is a treat for any level of beer aficionado.
Montauks newest dockside restaurant is a true Hamptons experience. The menu features New American small plates paired with specialty cocktails and incorporates only the best local produce and seafood that comes fresh off the boat. Co-owner James Tchinnis worked with designer Zach Bliss to bring the dock inside - that is to say that Swallow East boasts truly nautical dcor.

A fun and exciting alternative to the monotony of the daily gym routine, Flywheel has mastered the art of spinning. With an in-house DJ and a plethora of distinctive trainers, every session feels new and exciting. Clients have complete control over their bikes with tech-packs and personalized private accounts to analyze results. For those who need extra motivation, there is Torqboard that (only when opted into) ranks class attendees by performance. Another unique feature is Flywheels stadium seating which ensures that everyone has the best seat in the house.
