CHNG TRNH O TO GIM C TI CHNH


Chng trnh tp trung vo nhng vn thc tin nng hi nht hin nay ca cc doanh nghip nh: huy ng vn nh th no (t ngn hng, qu u t), lm th no xy dng mt c cu vn ti u v hiu qu cho doanh nghip, cc bc xy dng mt h thng qun tr ri ro, phn tch tnh hnh ti chnh doanh nghip, lp k hoch thu ti u, v cch qun l dng tin ph hp vi nhu cu kinh doanh hn ch tnh trng thiu ht dng tin. Rt nhiu ni dung khc cng s c truyn t bi cc ging vin giu kinh nghim lm vic thc t ti cc cng ty a quc gia cng nh nhiu nm kinh nghim ging dy. MC TIU

Chng trnh o to c bit ny gip ngi hc c tm nhn, hiu bit ton din v ngh nghip, nng cao nng lc thc hnh v hc thut pht trin chuyn mn ngang tm CFO quc t, gp phn vo thnh cng cho doanh nghip. Chng trnh ch trng c kin thc hc thut chun quc t, Vit nam v kh nng thc hnh tt cc chc nng, nhim v quan trng ca mt CFO chuyn nghip.

I TNG O TO

Chng trnh Gim c ti chnh c thit k c bit cho: - Gim c ti chnh (CFO) ca cc doanh nghip mong mun tr thnh Gim c Ti chnh chuyn nghip.

K ton trng, k ton tng hp, chuyn vin phng k ton, chuyn vin ti chnh, chuyn vin phn tch u t ca cc doanh nghip mong mun tr thnh Gim c Ti chnh.

NI DUNG CHNG TRNH


PHN GII THIU: CHN DUNG CFO V LM TH NO TR THNH NH QUN L HIU QU Hiu r tt c cc chc nng, nhim v v cng vic ca mt CFO chuyn nghip. Lm th no tr thnh mt nh qun l/CFO hiu qu: Bit cch phn tch, giao tip, chin lc, phn quyn; Bit cch ng x hiu qu vi tng loi ngi khc nhau. Hiu v c th p dng M hnh qun tr lnh o 5 phng din (The 5-dimension leadership management model): (1). Qun tr bn thn; (2). Qun tr sp; (3). Qun tr nhn vin; (4). Qun tr ng cp; (5). MODULE 1: K TON TI CHNH (FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING) 1.
