Trademark Change
Wheeling, IL Lang Dental Manufacturing Co. today announced a trade name change on its recently introduced product Mach 4 fast setting provisional acrylic. Due to a similarity in trade mark to another dental material already on the market, Lang agreed to make this change effective immediately. The new trademark, Jet Set-4 accurately describes the faster setting Jet tooth shade acrylic designed to meet the needs of todays dental practice. With a 4 minute final set time, Jet Set-4 improves chairtime efficiency while providing the outstanding physical properties of a methyl methacrylate systemand it does it at 1/10th the cost of cartridge delivered bis-acryls. Recent articles indicate that there are times and places for the broad array of dental materials in the dental practicethat includes dental acrylics. Now the practice has another option in provisional acrylics with faster curing time that provides great marginal integrity, strength and durability.
