Whip Cream Frosting 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 c. whipping cream 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar 1 tsp.

vanilla Directions: Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften. Heat over low heat, stirring, until gelatin is dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin mixture. Use to frost two-layer cake.
