Check that the unit and all instruments are in proper condition 2. Check that the water source is connected then open the water supply 3. Check that valves HV2 and HV3 are initially close 4. Open valve HV1 to discharge any stored compressed air in the receiver tank 5. Fill up water reservoir for wet bulb temperature (T2) with clean water 6. Check that there is no obstacle in fornt of the inlet of the venturi meter 7. Check that the venturi pressure tapping points are connected correctly to the DP gauge 8. Check that the unit is connected properly to the nearest main power supply and switch on the main power follows by main switch at the control panel 9. The unit is now ready for experiment

General Shut-down Procedures 1. Turn off all motors by switching off the inverters 2. Switch of the oscilloscope and the charge signal conditional 3. Cloce valve HV3 and the water supply tap 4. Open valve HV2 to drain off any water in the receiver tank that condenses from air, and then close the valve 5. Fully open valve HV1 to empty the air receiver tank 6. Switch off the main switch and power supply
