    A few workers and senior officials were checking the leak at the convertor area by conducting trial run of Oxygen Plant. But the oxygen pressure was not building up in the convertor So they came to the CONTROL ROOM NEAR TO THE OXYGEN PLANT to check the reason. Due to some operational and technical problems, excess pressure created inside the pipe line and a huge explosion took place. After the massive blast, a huge fire raged across the Oxygen Plant and All the workers and officials present in the control room and Oxygen Plant were burnt alive

    Few workers and senior officials were checking the leak at the Convertor area by conducting trial run of oxygen plant. But the oxygen pressure was not building up in the convertor. So they came to the Control room near to the Oxygen Plant to check the reason. Due to some operational & technical problems (choking in Oxygen filter), excess pressure created inside the pipe line and a huge explosion took place. After the massive blast, a huge fire raged across the oxygen plant. All the workers and officials present in the control room and oxygen plant were burnt alive.

    DAMAGED OXYGEN FILTERS & EQUIPMENTS AT OXYGEN PLANT

    DAMAGED STRUCTURES, PIPE LINES & FOUNDATIONS AT NORTH SIDE OF CONTROL ROOM

    CONTROL ROOM NEAR TO THE OXYGEN PLANT. OFFICIALS WERE INSIDE THIS BUILDING DURING THE BLAST

    CAR PARKED NEAR TO THE CONTROL ROOM WAS WENT UP IN AIR & FELL DOWN AROUND 60MTR AWAY

    CAR WAS PARKED HERE

    CAUSE OF ACCIDENT
