Respected Sir, It is requested that the PTCL is unable 2 diagnose a problem in my DSL connection from 19 th June 2011 till

date, Line man has no time to correct the parameters of the line and there is no technical visits till the date as they were requested several times on 1218, 1236 and 0800-80800 & web portal and when I want to close the connection they said to me that problem will be over in 48 hrs. by sure but they are just false promises . According to the policy I have to bear all the dsl charges without getting service and how good that is for the company who claims to be the best broadband provider if they are unable to diagnose that dsl problem. I already found a problem that is ptcl lines (outside) are connected with some electric cables thats a reason I have 100% guaranteed dsl service when there is a load shedding that means dsl works fine on ups. I have checked all the internal connections of electric wiring and no other device is connected where the dsl router is attached. It is a request to please take notice of the situation. Concerned exchange in that scenario is not helping at all despite of my personal visits to the exchange. Hopefully the diagnose problem will be solved.
