    Reserving Date: ___________for the charter aboard the Marauder. To hold this date, we must receive $200.00 to hold this date. The balance is due upon arrival at the boat the day of your trip. Please read the conditions below, sign one copy of this agreement and return it with your deposit. CHARTER RATE: $650.00 ( For up to six people) Make checks payable to; Captain John B. Mayer, LLC LOCATION: Boat Will Leave From: Calvert Marina, Solomons, Maryland WE FURNISH: * Rod, Reels, Tackle and Lures * Fish Cooler and Ice * Mate (MATES WORK FOR TIPS - A 15% tip is the norm) * Local Comforts, Fishing License, and Safety Devices YOU NEED TO BRING: * Suitable Clothing * Food & Beverage * Cooler to take fish home (leave in car until charter is over) Deposits are nonrefundable. With one weeks notice, deposits may be transferred to another date. If the captain cancels the trip for any reason, another date will be set for you or your deposit will be returned. I have read and accept all terms and conditions; and I assume the risks of, and hold the Captain, Owner, and Crew harmless, for any liabilities in connection with this Charter.
