Load the DT curve file in excel sheet DT basically represent the slowness, it is the reciprocal of velocity Remove all the null value by sorting on the basis of time Again sort on the basis of depth Now, make another column (1/DT), the unit of DT is 10^-6 s/ft Then, convert ft/s to m/s Now ,again put filter (=if(d2>5000,0,D2)) Now calculate average velocity And using average velocity calculate depth Depth=((A63+A64)/(C2/C3)) Up to depth of 1000 m ,velocity assumed is 1500 to 2000m/s

Check: sand has velocity not more than 3000 to 4000m/s Note above process is just for reference Method 2 1. 2. 3. 4. Import all the log Load only one way Log->edit->import->DT LOG->conversion->faust conversion ->resistivity

In CB-3 block TD CURVE IS CALIBRATED WITH MATCH POINT AND THEN LOOK FOR CORRELATION

IN CB-9 PSTM VELOCITY ->use TVD seismic From RMS calculate depth then TD curve generated
