P4: Demonstrate a range of effective interpersonal skills 1 to 1

The first I had 1 green means pass the orange are four its half way for pass and also three red means lots to be done This is my second on the 24/5/12 with my tutor, its not helpful makes harder to understand all this electronic idea even to achieve pass it is impossible to get that achievement of the criterias required nothing has been change.
