Please read the Admission Policy and Procedure 2012 carefully before filling up the online form. Instructions 1. There is a common application form for all B. Tech. programs (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering). 2. On successful submission of the admission form, you will receive an email with a username (your AIEEE number) and password, which you can use to add your AIEEE score and HSC result (whenever it is declared.) 3. The University will not be responsible if your password is misused by any other person. 4. You will be required to fill in your personal information, family details, some details from your AIEEE admit card and academic details at this time. You will be required to fill in your AIEEE score on this website within two days of declaration of the AIEEE result using the username and password sent to you. 5. All fields marked with a * are mandatory. 6. You will need to keep scanned copies of the following documents ready before filling in the form: a. Latest passport size color photograph b. Std. 10 mark sheet c. AIEEE admit card (2012 only) d. Caste certificate in English/Hindi (if applicable) File size of each document should not exceed 500 KB. Allowed file formats are .pdf, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .png. 7. You need to upload scanned copies of 12th Marksheet and AIEEE Score Card after declaration of AIEEE result. 8. After filling in the required information, you will be directed to a third party payment gateway to pay the application fees of Rs. 1,200/-. You may pay using a credit/debit card or netbanking facility provided by your bank. Please confirm with your bank/credit card company that the transaction has been successfully completed. 9. Click the "I Agree" button to begin the application process. Please do not click the Back button on your browser or refresh the page during this process.
