Font: Times New Roman Paper size A4 (Royal Executive bond paper for printing) Margins Left 1.5'', top, bottom n right 1" Main Chapter Headings 16 bold (chapter names in uppercase only) next level sub headings 14 bold One more level sub headings 12 bold Line spacing 1.5 spacing between paragraphs, paragraph and headings and vice verse 10pt.

Order of the chapters for the documentation


1. Cover Page (binding cover) as well as1st Page of documentation (without guide name) 2. 2nd page (similar as above but with guide name) 3. Certificate (with respect to place of project work done) 4. Acknowledgment (here onwards pages should have Roman letters till the 1st chapter) 5. Abstract 6. LIST OF FIGURES (figure number and name with corresponding page no) 7. LIST OF TABLES (table number and name with corresponding page no) 8. CONTENTS : ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.. ..i ABSTRACT.......ii LIST OF FIGURES...vi LIST OF TABLES...viii 1. INTRODUCTION ...1 1.1. Introduction .............. 1 1.2. Objective ............................................................................................... 2 1.3. Thesis Organization........ 3 1.4 Conclusion Note: Every chapter should start with Introduction and end with Conclusion compulsory. 10. Results 11.CONCLUSION 12. SCOPE FOR FUTURE WORK 13. BIBLIOGRAPHY 14. APPENDIX Keep the Page No's at middle of the footer only Don't put anything in headers/footers other than page no. in footer Try to keep diagrams and results in color Pages Spiral binding for Document
