POCKET BATTLES: SOLITAIRE RULES

by Catafracto Ive tried playing solitaire several miniatures and board wargames, and Pocket Battles is the most suitable for this. Just in case anyone is interested, here are the simple rules I use: 1. Choose the size of battle 2. Select your troops 3. Form your units 4. Roll to see if youre attacker or defender 5. Deploy all your units 6. All the enemy troops must be face-down. Start taking tiles, one for each sector (right flank, center, left flank, right flank, center) and at the same time sum Deployment Points up. Stop when you reach the maximum. I you have more than the maximum, discard the last troop and pick another one; repeat the process until you get the maximum number of Deployment Points or one point less. 7. Arrange the enemy troops in each sector: form units and distribute them between the front and the rear of that sector. Don't cheat and do the best you can! 8. Let the battle start! In your opponents turns, try to do your best. Its very easy and the game just goes OK, at least for me. In fact, I have so much fun playing solitaire as with a partner.
