System Description Overview: The Cash Portal is based on a true, multi-entity architecture on both the customer and the

bank side. The system can easily be configured for use by large banking groups, where customers need access to multiple banks, with their transactions consolidated across the group, as well as by smaller banks with a single office. A hosted solution is given to banks, which allows them to design their e-banking interface and provide their corporate customers with access to their own, fully branded e-banking service. Cash Portal enables banks to reduce costs, improve customer loyalty and drive profitability by providing a common front-end infrastructure to carry out transactions with clients. Through a single, web-based interface, Cash Portal's services will include: Intra-bank and inter-bank fund transfers Bulk uploads Recurring transfers Account balances Sweeping and pooling services SEPA credit transfers Report designing Trade Finance SWIFT Messages

Technical Specifications The Cash Portal has been built on a Java platform, following Java Enterprise Edition specifications. It is therefore portable across many different middleware application server environments, including PHP, Apache Tomcat and Load Balancing Server. It enjoys a similar portability across hardware platforms and operating systems since Java support is available on all of the major Unix platforms and Intel-based servers running Windows or Linux. By utilizing the Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) interface, and Oracle as the Backend system Cash Portal can also make use of the various relational database management systems available for its data store. Users of the system: The users of the system are Customers, Employees, Shareholders and Investors.
