SIMPLE FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS 3 bowls of steam rice tin of SPAM, finely diced cup of peas 1 beaten egg small onion, finely chopped 2 sticks of spring onion, finely sliced (optional) 4 tablespoon of oil for stir fried. METHOD Loosing up all the lumps in the steamed rice. Heat the frying pan and add about 4 tablespoon of oil. Add onion in. Fry until color change. Add egg in and stir fry well. Add SPAM (or/and diced chicken meat, or/and diced ham, or bacon pieces) in. 6. Add rice in and stir well. 7. Add peas in. 8. Add salt to taste and dark soy sauce for coloring. 9. Add spring onion (optional). 10. Serve hot.
