skills:1. Knowledge of ESI , PF, Medical Insurance.2. Joining formalities, Induction etc.3. Training co-ordination4. Attendance and leave process5. Payroll inputs for salary.6. Employee enquiries and grievance handling.7. Some knowledge of recruitment is good to have.8. Ability to handle work allotted by Head-HR and Executive management.9. Reward and recognition programmes / Motivation awards / Incentives schemes. Desired Candidate Profile: -Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.-Ability to handle pressure and able to complete projects within time lines.-Good computer knowledge like MS -Word/ Excel/PowerPoint-Ability to maintain professional ethics / good values / high ethics and confidentiality.-Only candidates who speak South Indian languages are preferable.Selected candidate will be on training for 6 months before being confirmed as an employee.Accord has a high performance culture and we are seeking a suitable person for our HR team.
