Exit the M4 at Junction 34 (A4119). Follow signs for Llantrisant. Drive approximately 1 mile to the traffic lights. At the traffic lights turn right (signposted Groes Faen). Continue on the A4119 for 4 miles and ignore the Pentyrch / Creigau turn off (Canada Lake Fisheries). Once you have crossed over the M4 bridge, follow the road downhill and at the bottom turn left onto Rhydlafar Drive (at the Cardiff Medical & Mobility Centre signposted Pentyrch). At the small roundabout take the second exit onto Church Road. Drive under the M4 bridge and take an immediate second right. After 300 yards you will arrive at the Paintball Centre.

From Cardiff:
Take Llantrisant Road (A4119) towards the old Rhydlafar hospital. Turn right onto Rhydlafar Drive (at the Cardiff Medical & Mobility Centre). At the small roundabout take the second exit onto Church Road. Drive under the M4 bridge and take an immediate second right. After 300 yards you will arrive at the Paintball Centre.

By train:
Take a train to Radyr Station. The Paintball Centre is a 30-40 minute walk from the station; best to get an inexpensive taxi to the Paintball Centre.

By bus:
From Cardiff Central Bus Station take bus service 124, or alternatively, from Greyfriars Road take bus service 122 (ask for Rhydlafar limited Sunday service). Drop off is a 10-minute walk to the Paintball Centre.
