Description of Chemical Change

Popcorn pops in the microwave. A candle melts wax and releases the candles scent into the air. Milk that was left in the refrigerator too long turns sour. Algae forms in the fish bowl. Paint dries on a wall. After a while, bacteria infest the milk and turn it sour. Algae Bacteria grow and multiply to form a green film on the sides of a fish bowl Paint that was previously liquid evaporate and leaves pigments on the wall. The hot dog heated to a point where the hot dog burned and became inedible. The fishs digestive system eats and digests fish flakes, and takes in usable vitamins. The salt minerals react with snow and melt the snow away on the sidewalk. Icicles form on the side of the house. Water freezes as it drips down from the gutter, further lengthening the icicle. The heat of the flame melts the wax. The melted wax then releases the scent into the air. The microwave heats the corn kernels until they become hot enough to pop. Decomposition
