COMES NOW ACCUSED ZACARIAS DIVINA GRACIA ABAY-ABAY III by counsel respectfully files this notice of appeal of the Decision dated March 26, 2012 rendered by this Honorable Court, the dispositive portion thereof reads:

WHEREFORE, premises considered, in Criminal Case No. RTC 2010-0083, the Court finds accused Zacararias Divina Gracia Abay-Abay III, a.k.a Bruno Dong Abay-Abay GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the Crime of Traffcking in Persons defined in Section 3(a) and penalized under Section 10(a) in relation to Section 4(a) of Republc Act No. 9208 and Sentences him to suffer the penalty of imprisonment of 20 years and a fine of One million pesos (P1,000,000.00); and pay the offended party Leizl C. Lim, the sum of P50,000 in moral damages; and to pay the costs. In Criminal Case No. RTC 2010-0084, accused is ACQUITTED.
