Abstract Isothermal vapor-liquid equilibrium data for two binary systems ethanol + ethyl acetate at 40oC and 60oC, and ethanol + isoamyl alcohol at 65oC and 70oC were measured experimentally using modified Berro-Rogalsky ebulliometer. The obtained data from the experiment would be used for separation process design, especially alcohol distillation. Liquid phase compositions were corrected with iteration method based on GE model. The experiment data for each system were correlated with NRTL and UNIQUAC models and give satisfactory result. The system ethanol + ethyl acetate showed maximum pressure azeotrop Keywords : Ethanol, ethyl acetate, isoamyl alcohol, vapor-liquid equilibrium, isothermal.
