Enclosed please find the statement of fooding expenditure alongwith original bills amounting to Rs61765.00 only claimed by Rama Confectioners , the ID No. is ..1050735 towards supply of fooding & non-fooding items to Akash Ganga Guest House as per the requirement for the period from 01.12 2010 to 31.12.2010. The hospitality services at Guest House was provided to the guests at the instances of higher Officials of NTPC & others. The Competent Authority may kindly approve the above expenditure as per section IV, clause 58 of DOP.
