CONSTANT ACCELERATION We are at a moment in history that is full of opportunities.

Technology is poised to transform the lives of millions of people throughout the world, especially those who have had little or no access to the tools that can deliver sustainable improvements for their families and communities. Change is everywhere, from farmers using mobile phones to buy and sell crops to doctors remotely monitoring and treating influenza outbreaks in rural villages. Technology is becoming more and more integral to the pace and progress of development. History itself shows us that change is never linear. Change is universal and so on everyones mind. Who have thought a story of mice in maze and their ability to deal with change would touch the hearts and minds of people around the globe. Who Moved My Cheese? Shell thought the unthinkable. Then in 1986 when oil prices were cut in half, the company prospered while other companies were struggling. Future is inevitable, no matter what scenario will be dominated. Globalization will always remain important. The world population will continue growing exponentially where the battle for talent will be more intense, where number of global workforce will rise. The corporate world is the best example where change is the only way to survive. By considering alternative future, they begin to see that the future is shaped not by the past, but by the choice they make. No matter how the world changes-there will always be business opportunities, not forgetting that their ultimate goal is to make profit, and that craving for making profit always lead to changes. To the fearful, change is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful, change is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident, change is inspiring because things may get better.

Its we how we accept the change and adapt to it which makes all the difference.
