Analyzing the communication meetings undertaken between the management and the executive associations we find following data which discuss the number of issues in the meeting(s) during any financial year. From the above table and also the representation as shown below we can find that the issues concerning the executive associations have been seeing an increase in recent years. In past the communication meetings held in financial years 2002-03 and 2003-04 have maximum number of issues for discussion and this has seen a dip in course, but again the meetings involving Executive Associations has shown an uptrend as is seen in the years 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10. Discussing the different heads it can be seen that issues related to Medical, Pay and Allowance and Employee Welfare were the most sought after in the communication meetings and had a large impact on the course of meetings.

From the above table and also the representation as shown below we can find that the issues concerning the majority unions have a steep rise of issues in two financial years viz. 2003-04 and 2008-09. In past the communication meetings held in financial years in between these two years followed a set pattern with not so large deviations. Discussing the different heads it can be seen that issues related to Medical, Infrastructure, Pay and Allowance and Employee Welfare were the most sought after in the communication meetings and had a large impact on the course of meetings. These issues follow the executive associations and seem to be the most effective points of communication meetings agenda.

SUPERVISORY ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNICATION MEETINGS

Analyzing the communication meetings undertaken between the management and the supervisory associations we find following data which discuss the number of issues in the meeting(s) during any financial year. Following is the table which shows the issues under

different heads and what is the total for the same during communication meetings involving Supervisory Associations.

Discussing the different heads it can be seen that, unlike executive associations and majority unions, issues related to Medical were not the most discussed issues but Employee Development and Employee Welfare were the most sought after in the communication meetings and had a large impact on the course of meetings. Employee welfare issues follow the executive associations and majority unions and seem to be the most effective points of discussion in communication meetings agenda.
