It offers 170 rooms and suites with views of the b uzzing Panaji City and the sparkling Mandovi River. Each of them carries out a service which reaches the guest. The products they use like the cleaning chemicals products, linen, towels, toile tries, bathrobes, cleaning equipment etc. are supplied to this department of the hotel by the wholesalers or suppliers. The cleaning chemical products and equipment are supplied by Amsse Products Indi a based in Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi. Wholesale suppliers of industrial floo r cleaning machine, drain cleaning equipment, cleanroom products, industrial flo or sweepers, high pressure jet cleaner, safety products, vacuum cleaner, double mop wringer trolley, glass cleaning tools, ride on scrubber, stainless steel han d dryer. The dcor of the room, bedding, toiletries is supplied by Fab India based in Bragan za Bungalow, Opp. Indoor Stadium, Off. D.B. Road Campal, Panjim. Channels Food & beverage The F&B Dept. provides guests with extensive food and beverage products and serv ices. This is done with the help of the staff who work under the various departm ents like the Executive Chef, Catering Director, Restaurant Manager, Beverage Ma nager Etc. The product that is the food fruits, vegetable, chicken etc. and bevera ge cold drinks, alcoholic drinks etc. is supplied to the hotel in bulk by the whol esale food director and beverage Supply Company. Food is supplied by Magsons Foods Pvt. Ltd. based in 18 June Road, Panjim. Crock ery is imported from Guangzhou INEO Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Ch ina. Cleaning of the restaurants is done with equipment supplied by Dusters Tota l Solutions Services PVT LTD from Bangalore. Some of the beverage suppliers are United Breweries Ltd in Bethora, Ponda , Devika Beverages Private Limited ,Marg ao, Big Banyan , Panjim etc. This is transported by delivery trucks in crates and boxes to the hotel and is k ept in check by the Directorate of F&B. The food is then taken from the store t o the kitchen where the chef uses it to prepare dishes and then taken by the wai ter or room service attendant and served to the guest.
