Use cautiously in patients hypersensitiv e to penicillin because of possibility of cross sensitivity with other beta-lactam antibiotics. Use cautiously in breast feeding women in patients with history of colitis and renal insufficiency.

Nursing Consideration Before giving drugs ask patient if she is allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins. For IM use inject deep into a large muscle, such as the gluteus maximus or the lateral aspect of the thigh. Tell patient to notify prescriber about loose tools or diarrhea. If home care patients is diabetic and is testing his urine for glucose tell him drug may affect results of cupric sulphate tests and should use an enzymatic test instead.

Hypersensitivity to maxillary sinusitis acute exacerbation of bacterial bronchitis, community acquired pneumonia, uncomplicated skin/skin structure infections, UTI, acute pyelonephritis caused by susceptible bacteria, acute bacterial sinusitis chronic bacterial phostatitis, and bacterial conjunctivitis.

Hypersensitivity to levofloxacin and quinolone antibiotics, tendon pain, inflammation or rupture; syphilis viral infections; phototoxicity suicidal ideation psychotic manifestations.

Macrolide antibiotic that reversibly binds to the s25 ribosomal subunit of susceptible organisims and consequently inhibits problem synthesis. Effective treatment of mild to moderate infections caused by pyogenic organisms.

Pneumonia, lower respiratory tract infections, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, gonorrhoea, nongonococcal urethritis, skin and skin infections due to staphylococcus aureus.

Contraindicated with hypersensitivity to azithromycin, erythromycin or any macrolide antibiotic. Use cautiously with gonorrheaor syphilis pseudomembranous colitis hepatic.
