    Country: Name of Reporter: Please follow the instructions below and send a copy of country report to: Convention Secretariat Dr. Annette Santos at annette.santos@gmail.com and Convention Chair Sylvia Crafton at sylvia.crafton@gmail.com before October 1, 2012. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTING COUNTRY REPORT 1. Each country is entitled to present one country report of 10 minutes duration. 2. Reports submitted should be based on 2-3 of the 19th Conventions resolutions, which can be located on the FAWA website under conference workshops. In addition, reports should include focus on the 20th Conventions theme and sub-themes. It should have relevance to the authors countries, especially in the field of progress made. Please submit an email copy of the country report to the noted email addresses above by October 1, 2012. 3. Countries with more than one member organization are requested to combine their information and together, draw up one report given by one representative.
