Autumn Courses

This Autumn, we are running two courses at Springfield:

12th August The Marriage Course is for couples who want to take a positive step in their relationship. Its a chance to relax together over a meal, to listen to a talk and then to discuss the subject raised with each other. Its a personal, private and valuable time together. Joint Service
The Alpha Course is for everyone who wants to find out more about Christianity, and to ask the difficult questions in a friendly and relaxed environment, with food, a talk and discussion groups plus one day away. Courses start on 26th September

Together Time
There is a joint service here at St Pauls next week with the Springfield congregation from Wallington Girls coming to meet with us. Its great to be able to share with each other over the more relaxed summer period, and we look forward to welcoming Nick White as our speaker that Sunday

Can you Cook?

Sharing food is a great way to build community, whether its meals for a family coping with illness, a welcome lunch for new people, or food for those on a course. This Autumn, there is the chance to help by cooking for our Alpha & Marriage courses which are running at the same time. If you could cook a dish, typically for 12 people, please let the office or welcome desk know

House share
Melissa is leaving Sutton Schoolswork to work with her home church. In her place, a they have appointed a new secondary schools worker, Catrin Hubbard, from September. She is moving down from Liverpool to take up the post and is looking for a house share in the area. If you know of anything that may be suitable, please email her:
