Presenting-Partner
Presenting Partners have the exclusive opportunity to present a day-forum with a special topic. The ISPO SpoBiS combines the forums with numerous different topics concerning sports business. For example, former topics have been Sponsorship and Sales, Television of the future, New Sponsorship Markets in the east. The Presenting Partner creates the sponsored forum in collaboration with the organizers.

Player-Lounge-Partner
Player-Lounge-Partners present their own lounge at the foyer of the conference. The exclusive exhibition area with a size of approx. 150sqm and can be designed individually in terms of a lounge. The concept must be coordinated with the organizers. Furnishings and catering have to be provided by the lounge partner (electricity is provided by the organizers). The lounge has to include enough space for business-meetings. The partnership includes the following benefits:

Press-Interview
In collaboration with the ISPO, the organizers of the ISPO SpoBiS afford the opportunity for a press-interview to present/promote an individual issue. ISPO and ISPO SpoBiS activate numerous journalists and media who are interested in sports business. The partnership includes the following benefits: Press-Interview
The topic is defined by the sponsor.

Presse-relations
Promotion of the press interview through the ISPO SpoBiS press mailing list (by SPONSORs and ESB). Extra invitation of all accredited journalists at the ISPO SpoBiS.

Scope
A preliminary press release will be prepared, regarding the topic.

Auditorium incl. technical staff and service.

The journalists are advised to sign in for the press-interview in advance.

Run of interview 30 minutes.

Promotion of the press interview through the press mailing list of the ISPO.

Anyway, in case of a small number of journalists are signed in, the press interview should be held according to experience the journalists react late.

The total number of press interviews is 6.

General Conference conditions


Legend 1) Programmemagazine: print run 80.000, insert w&v (35.000) and SPONSORs , as well as direct mailings by ESB, ISPO and conference-partners (total of 20.000) 2) www.spobis.de and www.spobis.com (5.000 visits per month) 3) www.sponsors.de and www.esb-online.com (approx. 50.000 visits per month) 4) Period of 3 months approx. 2 times per week, (min. 150.000 contacts) General conditions Implementation: Delivery of logo, text and the adress until 1.10.2009; certification of the plan of the booth until 01.01.2010; names of participants (tickets) until 15.01.2010. The creation of the booth in the exhibition area and the appearence at the Get-together area can be designed individually. Each activity shall match with the character of the conference and shall be used as a business platform. The appearence and each activity must be coordinated and arranged with the organizers. The organizers have a veto right. Advise concerning the contact to the press: The ISPO SpoBiS is accessible for accredited journalists and photographers. The accreditation will be given by the organizers to the represantatives of the media who are working for the media and are relevant after the sight of the conference, the partners and the participants. Pictures and videos of the conference will be publsihed at the conference website after the conference. This platform is only accessible for accredited visitors (with access-code) or for a fee to get access. All participants of the conference give their consent with their participation that it is allowed to be quoted (with the words said during the panel) and be imaged (with the pictures made during the panel). All patent rights for the online and offline documentation are held by the organizers. Agreement for the reduction of personal data: All participants agree with their registration that their data will be saved for the organisation of the conference. The data of the participants is also taken to publish the directory of the participants on online and offline media. The data will not transferred to a non-involved third party. On demand the partners can get a special access permit for installing and dismantling the booth. It is possible to order a maximum of 2 personalised access-permits for the staff or hostess. These special access-permits are only for working personal and not considered for participation on the conference, i.e. visit of a forum, Get-together-area (except Premium partners etc.) The partners have the opportunity to change 1-day tickets to 2-day tickets (at a ratio 2:1). The tickets of the guests of the conference partners will be settled after the conference. The partners do not have the right for further actions or to claim special accomplishments which are not included in the package. Payment conditions After contract formation 50% of the sponsorship costs thereby incurred immediately. The other 50% must be payed 14 days before the conference starts.
