    The main problem of the study is to vividly describe the rehabilitation experience of Estero de Paco, a tributary of the Pasig River. Specifically, the study seeks to look into the following components of the rehabilitation experience: 1. The condition of the estero prior to the rehabilitation 2. The rehabilitation procedure adopted or implemented 3. The condition of the estero after the rehabilitation 4. The financial cost of the rehabilitation 5.     CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK
    The conceptual framework discussed the flow of the study to be taken. The study is anchored on the concept of cost and benefit analysis and SWOT Analysis.
