Haddington and District ASC Weekly News Week beginning 14th May 2012

Weekly News: - we have no idea how many people regularly read the weekly news so please talk about it to as many people as possible at the club. Please encourage anyone who has not yet got dropbox to get signed up. Communication is so important - we want everyone to be part of all that is going on in the club. Blue Fins. Congratulations to Taine Middleton who has achieved the time to move up to the Jack Macks Coaching. Congratulations to both Lorraine Hay for passing her Level 2 Coaching Course and Ciara Restorick for passing her Level 1 Coaching Course Saltire Shield: first round 18th May warm up 7:30pm, there will be no training for Blue Fins or Marlins on that night, Jack Macks not in the team will have training at Prestonpans and Minnows will train as normal. Aquathlon: - Entries are now coming in for the aquathlon on 1st June so if you want to take part get your entry in as soon as possible. The entry form and information about the competition can be downloaded from the all squads file on dropbox and emailed to me on headcoach@swimhaddington.co.uk a printed copy of the entry form can be collected from the notice board. David Hutchinson Competition: - Wednesday 13th June warm up 6.00pm This handicapped competition is for every swimmer in the club so please note the date. Trip to M&D's theme park on Monday 4th June, 9.30-5.30. cost of the trip 25. Family barbecue and disco to be held at the North Berwick Scout Hall on Saturday 23rd June from 6pm to 10pm. Mark and Susan Anderson have very kindly offered to supply sausages, burgers and rolls. Tickets will be 5.00 per person or 15.00 for a family of four.
