Grant Eligibility

All events using UC grants must be open to all undergraduates All events must occur within funding dates (before December 4th) Only ofcially recognized student groups will be eligible Student groups must have a HUECU account to receive funding

Applying for a UC Grant



1. Submit an application through the online Common Grants Portal (due Sunday at 11:59pm) 2. Attend an interview during a Ficom meeting the following Wednesday evening 3. Receive preliminary email notication from your Ficom interviewer before the following Sunday 4. Receive nal email notication (from Matt Marotta) after the UC approves the weekly grants pack on Sunday evening

Upfront grants: Apply 21 days before the event Keep your receipts! Turn in a completed project form (CPF) Remit any unused funds

with all receipts attached no less than 21 days after the event

occurs

Bring a CPF (with receipts) to your

Grant awards will be disbursed after your

Leave the Grant ID space blank Submit your CPF at the next Ficom meeting (Wednesday evenings) or at our dropbox in the Science Center (outside the hallway to room 109)

UC Ficom Policies

Available at http://uc.fas.harvard.edu/index.php/ initiatives/grants/ All UC grants are expected to follow UC grant policies Key policies include:

Publicity: $15 per event Food: $2/undergraduate for snacks, $3 for small meals (eg, pizza), $4 for catered meals

Theatrical performances capped at $1,000 Club sports awarded between $1,000 and $2,000/semester based on roster size

Deadline: 3 weeks after rst Ficom meeting

HUPD and BAT team costs provided for most large events A/V Equipment provided at MTS rates
