Recording
Mad/Science Studios seeks capital investment to grow and become a leader in the digital artist revolution. Our Prototype Studio has recorded and distributed artists with little up-front cost, with successful results.
Distribution
Mad/Science Studios has distribution agreemens and strategic alliances for national and international distribution and promotion. We taylor distribution to meet artists specific needs, and approach distribution as a service .
Artist Lifecycle
Mad/Science Studios is much more than a typical studio who services a record deal or contract. Instead, we use a different approach which has proved extremely successful in international and North American Markets. We provide individualized services designed to allow more creative control to artists and bands alike. We taylor marketing using strategies usually only available to Fortune 10 companies to ensure marketing dollars are wisely spent in markets receptive to the music itself. Our system provides tracking to customer behavior throughout the entire purchase process to also provide reccomendations.

OUR PROCESS
Unlike a conventional recording studio, Mad/Science uses a different approach.
Development of musical talent past single hits, takes a different approach. The approach we take is commonly seen overseas in musical marketplaces outside of the USA. These method of business has proven very successful, we aim to duplicate this success.
Major Record Labels have cut expenses including A&R Staff. A&R is responsibile for discovering new talent. Using social media, and local scene, M/S will hire staff A&R resources under multiple brands/labels to find big named talent to promote services offered by Mad/Science Studios. A&R Staff has vast industry experience, and is led by VP Pablo Warhola, related to Andy Warhol.
Industry Contacts.
We currently have access to Nashville, Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles Markets with contacts in place. Denver Resources also have access to the International Club Scene through Denver Contacts. This helps for club play and sales in European and Asian markets.
Leverage Technology.
Mad/Science has a prototype studio built from the ground up, which has successfully

produced and distributed music via 60 distribution channels including iTunes, Amazon, Google PLAY, RAPSHODY, NOKIA, Zune, Sony and physical retailers such as WalMart. If The music is a hit, we also have industry contacts with major studios if the artist desires to scale their production up to a National Company. We also are exploring Touring Agreements with LiveNation.
COMPANY SERVICES
Our Company Provides Artist Services which are tendered at time of sale. We provide a full range of Legal, Intellectual Property, Distribution, and Promotion Services to protect artists royalty payments, and automated settlement for remixes, royalty and contract payments.
In the past, many companies had difficulty keeping in contact with its talent and artists. By applying more transparency and accountability to the music and recording process, we aim to increase good-will for artists, by providing copyrighted services. In the future, we intend to become the industrys nations #1 platform for services related to artist royalty and settlement processes. We will accomplish this by developing an automated website based on services of the artwork itself, instead of services pertaining to a singular recording contract. Great artistic work takes time, and acquiring a studio manages the art itself, instead of managing a recording contract.
