GENERAL INFORMATION
1. START / END : st Start: PACOFS 1 Avenue End: Old Greys Sports Grounds 2. PRE-ENTRIES: Entry forms to be returned by 30 September 2012. 3. ENTRANCE FEES: 15 km R10 5km none required 4. ROUTE: Circle route flat and fast. 5. DISTANCE MARKERS: Every kilometer will be marked. 6. REFRESHMENT POINTS: Coke and water will be supplied at 4 points and at the finishing point. 7. AGE SIGNS Available at R15 8. SECONDING No seconding will be allowed. 9. FIRST AID EMS will be available. 10. TIME LIMITS 15km 2 hours 30 minutes 5km no limits 11. PRIZE GIVING At 10h00 12. RULES
Athletes must be eligible and members of an affiliated club otherwise refer to point 7. 2. Athletes must wear 2012 license numbers on front and back of vest, otherwise refer to 7. 3. Advertising displayed on clothing is allowed as per IAAF and ASA advertising regulations. 4. No athlete under the age of 15 may participate in the 15 km road race. 5. Race is presented under the rules of the IAAF, ASA and AFS. 6. Traffic officials and race officials must be obeyed on the route. 7. Temporary license numbers, if not belonging to an affiliated club will be available to eligible athletes at R20 for the 15km race. 8. Age signs must be worn on front and back of vest. 9. Athletes must be in possession of an entry card at the finish. If not, the athlete will not receive a medal and will be disqualified to receive any prize money 10. Participants must participate in the age group they have entered the race
