Personaldetails Whenyouhavedownloadedbeforewhitepaper/podorwebcastfromtheSASwebpage,youmightalready haveaSASprofileandyoucanreusethisintheSASonDemandService.Bydoingsoyourpersonaldetails willautomaticallycompleted.Areyouafirsttimeuser,completethenyourpersonaldetails. Definecontext Itisimportanttoselectthecorrectcountryandinstitution.Wheninvolvedinexchangeprogram,youshould indicatetheinstitutionwhereyouaresupposedtolearnanduseSASastheselectedinstitutionwillbe usedlatertopopupyourparticularcourse.     Byselectingdownloadclient,youwillreceiveaSASSoftwareOrderEmail,containingthefullinstructionfor download. Firstofall,theDownloadMangershouldbedownloadedfromtheDownloadManagerToolssite.Ensurethat youselecttheappropriateplatformbeforeclickingthebutton.Onceyouhaveidentifiedyourself(usingtheSAS profile,asdefinedinstep1),youcannowdownloadthedownloadmanger.Savethefileandrunitonyour localcomputer.Itisthispieceofsoftwarethatwillbeusedtosecurelydownloadyoursoftwareorder(SASOn DemandforAcademics:EntepriseGuide4.2). DuringtheprocessyouwillbeaskedtoentertheordernumberandSASinstallationkey.Thisinformationcanbe foundintheSASSoftwareorderemail.
