Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings! To comply with the requirements of the degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture, I would like to conduct a research in relation to my thesis proposal entitled Redevelopment of Lucena Seaport. The objective of this project is to redevelop and retrofit the current seaport in which will purpose to help the province of Quezon to increase its economical and tourism and transportation development. With your good deeds, I would like to request the following letters and documents from your good office which in turn is utilized for the defense of the proposed thesis: City Ordinance; an ordinance adopting the zoning regulation for the Province of Lucena, providing the administration, enforcement and amendment thereof and the repeal of all ordinances in conflict therewith. Certificate of Appearance; wherein the proponent was truly conducted research activities at your premises. Endorsement Certificate; wherein the proponents project is willingly supported by your office, only by hypothetical means. Zoning Map Data and Statistics Transfer Certificate of Title; where in the copy of the title of current seaport is located. And other documents that you may deemed necessary to the proposal

Any information that will be gathered from your office will be use only for the study and jurisdiction of the said proposal, and I shall be held accountable in event that any other application beyond the studies made. Thank you and I hope this request will meet your approval.
