The Muppets (U)

The Muppets is as heroically unfashionable as it is deliriously entertaining. This is a lm that begins with its stars skipping down the street and trilling Lifes a happy song, when theres someone by your side to sing along, with no detectable trace of irony, and ends with a signicant por on of the audience doing exactly the same thing as they leave the cinema.

Director: Drew Goddard Starring: Richard Jenkins, Bradley Whi ord, Chris Hemsworth, Kristen Connolly Daily Telegraph review: Very occasionally, a lm comes along with a twist so seismically sa sfying, it inspires a kind of cinema c Omert, forbidding anyone who has seen it from discussing it with anyone who hasnt.
