fate. You are what you choose to be. Your decision s and what you choose to do with your life make you the person that you are toda y. If what we are now is the result of our past actions, it surely follows that what we wish to be in the future can be produced by our present actions. Our fut ure ahead of us is infinite. No one should be deemed hopeless because no one can foresee this persons life. It is choice, not chance that determines your destiny . Centuries ago, when Sir Isaac Newton saw an apple fall from a tree, he discovere d gravity. Many before him may have seen objects falling and wondered about it, but he was the one who figured it out in the end. He worked towards his passion , and was successful. He was the master of his own destiny. Another classic example would be a familiar name both you and I have heard of -A lbert Einstein. He was a failure in school, a failure at home, a failure in almo st half of his life, but HE was the one who came up with the revolutionary hypot hesis known as the Theory of Relativity. From rags to riches, ignorance to wisdo m, he took his destiny in his hands to make it work. He MADE his destiny a reali ty. One can never depend on luck or destiny to lead us to our goal. Only your hard w ork, perseverance and preparation may help you in achieving your goal. No one be sides ourselves have the access to changing our lives with or without our permis sion, because we are the master of our bodies and what we do to ourselves at pr esent will decide who were going to be in the future. You should always give you r best to whatever you decide to do. As it is rightly said, Shoot for the moon, i f you miss, youll still be among the stars To make our own future we must look ahead. Anticipate. Forget the past. Follow your dreams. Your dreams are like the stars. You may never touch them, but if y ou follow them, they will lead you to your goal. People often tend to blame others for their shortcomings. A very familiar exampl e would be: when you hear a student say : Oh, I just had a really bad teacher , or my class was given grades and not marks so it was unfair. They are, in reality, j ust excuses made by weak people who cannot accept the fact that they failed to a chieve their target. However much they blame others, the fault remains theirs. In short, remember to, Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become actions. Watch your actions, for they become habits. Watch your habits, for they become character . Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny. -Anonymous
