All members of the NAR receive basic property promotion on REALTOR.com. Enhancing a listing on REALTOR.com enables members to promote themselves and their properties through branding and listing feature upgrades such as multiple photos and contact information.

The price of Listing Enhancements is based on the circulation a REALTOR.com Marketing System member receives. Circulation varies based on market location and number of listings. Traffic varies from market to market based on the number of potential homebuyers and sellers searching on REALTOR.com. Additionally, the more listings a member carries, the more circulation they receive on REALTOR.com.

Ismonthlypricingavailable?
Yes. There is a 12% surcharge on the total price.

IsthereasetupfeeforListingEnhancements?WhataboutforAnimatedSignRiderin particular? No. The Listing Enhancements and Animated Sign Rider do not have any set up fees. Howdoesthispricingcomparetootherformsoflistingadvertising?
Advertising on REALTOR.com is more effective than any other ad medium available. Not only will you be reaching more homebuyers and sellers than any other form of advertising, you'll be doing it at a fraction of the cost.

HowdoIpurchaseListingEnhancements?Cantheybepurchasedonline?
You may contact your Account Executive at 800-878-4166 from the hours of 6:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST. At this time, Listing Enhancements may not be purchased online. You must contact your Account Executive directly to order Listing Enhancements.

ForwhatcontracttermcanIbuyListingEnhancements?
Agent Showcase Listing Enhancements can be purchased for one year. Company Showcase can be purchased for one or two years.

CanIpaymonthly?Annually?Quarterly?
Listing products are sold on an annual basis, paid up front or monthly.

CanIpurchaseapackageofListingEnhancementsatadiscount,butusethemata latertime?

No. The terms of the product guarantee that REALTOR.com will enhance all member listings for one year. Starting on the day of the order, REALTOR.com will enhance all of the member's listings for the following 12 months. At the end of the term, the member must renew, otherwise REALTOR.com will discontinue the Listing Enhancements.

WillmyListingEnhancementsrenewautomatically?
No. You will receive courtesy renewal notification via email 60 days prior to your renewal date. Your account executive will call to renew your membership prior to your renewal day.

CanIrenewmyListingsEnhancementsearly?
You can renew your Listings Enhancements within 60 days of your renewal date. Call your account executive at 800-878-4166.

CanIpurchaseaListingEnhancementonepropertylistingatatime?
No. Listing Enhancement products apply to all listings for the term of one year.

Whatformsofpaymentareaccepted?
The preferred form of payment is credit card. We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.

DoIneedtobeaREALTORtopurchaseListingsEnhancements?
Yes. Listing Enhancements can be sold to any client who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and who belongs to a supported MLS.

WillsalestaxbechargedformyListingsEnhancements?Inwhatstates?
Listing Enhancements are taxable in the following states: Hawaii, New Mexico.
