GOODWILL: That the Goodwill shall be the common property of the firm and the partners shall share in accordance with their Profit / Loss sharing ratios.

ACCOUNTS: That the necessary Books of Accounts shall be maintained properly and correctly as per Financial Year and the Profit and / or Losses as the case may be shall be determined on 31st March, every year. BANK ACCOUNT: That the Bank Account or accounts shall be opened in any Bank of Banks and same shall be operated by severally. ARBITRATION: All disputes and questions in connection with the Partnership shall be referred to single Arbitrator if the partners agree upon one such or to the Arbitration or Arbitrators one to be appointed by each of the Partner in dispute and such reference shall be governed by the provisions of the Indian Arbitrations Act, 1940 or any statutory modification or reenactment thereof for the time being in force.
