Team-leader, in the past years of my life, i've been starting to lead, to lead w ithout a title, i have been a councilor

of the college of engineering, and as we all know, being a councilor is just being a member of the council. But what differs me from oth er councilors out there, is that i always think that i too can contribute in the council as a leader by doing simple things like leading them to a positive envi ronment. leadership is not about the position or the office of a leader, it's not about t he money they make nor the power they take. leadership is all about your attitude that correctly portrays your responsiblene ss and obedience that can attract your co-workers to adapt the right characteris tics that is necessary for the job.
