TROPICAL DEPRESSION "CRISING" continues to move west
northwest closer to Southern Palawan.

Residents living in low lying and mountainous areas under public storm
warning signal #1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides.
Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate to heavy)
over MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga
and the rest of Northern Mindanao.
Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into
the seaboards of Northern Luzon and the Eastern seaboards of Southern
and Central Luzon and Visayas.
You are hereby directed to monitor the situation and undertake
precautionary measures in your area of responsibility (AOR). Likewise, the public
and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils (DRRMCs) are
advised to take appropriate actions.
In order to better inform/warn communities, you are reminded to
disseminate these through local/community leaders and through your local
media, including community radio stations. Conduct press briefings as often as
needed. This local effort will complement and reinforce efforts at the national
level. Emphasis should be on proactive actions -evacuation rather than rescue.
Let us untiringly aim for zero casualties.
Submit report on actions taken thereof.
