PREFACE
In volatile business world organization growth and development is possible only by creating performance organization. As organization is known by its people, performing people create performing organization. Human resource management is to create an atmosphere of technological and managerial excellence to become a globally competitive aerospace industry with the changing environment, repaid technological changes characterized by a paradigm shaft from license production to R&D based production duly balanced with co-development /co- production, technological up gradation etc. grater customer demand, focused diversification to civilian and export markets ,the overall objective of the human recourse l development plan is to build a vibrant and learning organization, so as to meet the challenges of the quality and excellence, recruitment and retention of competent human resources and develop high commitment and a since of belonging to the company. Employees want feeling of belonging and security. If there is a positive work environment that is enriching and rewarding to employees in whom they have an affinity for those around them .They are more likely to be energetically participate in the organizations activity. Key employees will be lured away by competitors if they are not satisfied and their welfare not looked after. HRM climate has an impact on employees motivation morale and job satisfaction. The quality of this Clemet can be measured by examining employee turnover, absenteeism, safety records, and attitude survey.
