Sremska Mitrovica,company for the production of electrical and electronic equipment for motor vehicles announces a vacancy for the position of : QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER/DIRECTOR Duties and responsabilities: 1.Ensures the efficienty in operations regarding the quality control a) Provides preparation and adoption of the quality manual b) Procures the procedure preparation and adoption c) Regulates the system auditing d) Adopts the quality indicators and quality costs e) Assists and organizes the reviews f) Ensures the preparation and adoption of the quality improvement plan g) Participates in meetings of the quality Board h)Represents the client respecting all demands regarding the quality i)Permitted to stop the production, the sending of products to the Client and all the shipping 2.Guarantees the uninterrupted process of the production improvement a) Manage the service of technical support for the Client b) Drives internal quality improvements regarding products/processes. c) Guarantees that the corrective actions will be performed and evaluated d) Guarantees the monitoring of the product conduct e) Provides the compensation for the Client within the warranty period f) Cooperates with other departments involved in the improvement of quality 3.Development of new products a)Participates in the creation of new products/processes b)Participates/adopts Plans for the control on the new products/processes c)Participates in defining and classifying the product/process caracteristics d)Participates in selection of the offer for new products As a manager the individual will additionally: Write daily reports about scrap Compile and distribute the indicators and costs regarding the quality Collect the informations regarding the conduct of the product in the network(after the delivery to the Client) Write the faxes and corresponde with clients

Write the meeting reviews Make he reports about the performed analyses of the 2 degree Keep records in the archive of documents/sketches Determine scedule and Manage module Conditions:university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering,driving license,computer skills and additinal softwares for monitoring the materials and products(SAP, e.t.c),fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of italian/french/german would be an asset, 3 years of experience in the same industry,candidates who have already worked in the vehicle industry and who are familiar with quality system ISO TS 16949 will have an advantage.
