One of our local stores, the hours *clearly* say 12am for carryout and delivery on Sun-Thurs, yet, MY domino's won't HONOR that because 'they've' been robbed. Well how the **** am I to know that????! And so because of that, first they keep me on hold for over 5 min. I had to call back, then this and they wouldn't let me pick it up! Yeah, I want an email address to file a complaint! Oh and I have a screenshot too of the hours! >.<

Domino's has a variety of thick fluffy bready pizzas to choose from, so why go and change the one and only THIN & CRISPY PIZZA into another Thin & fluffy bready thing? YUK! Crispy actually means crispy and crunchy not bready and fluffy. Domino's bring back the real THIN & CRISPY !! - disapointed.

I love the pasta bowls that Domino's makes, but I don't know if I can get them anymore now. Around Feb. 21st my husband got one for me and about a half hour after eating it I was sick to my stomach and it lasted and got worse for almost 2 days.

Carrie Pillow The pizza's we ordered were very over cooked. The two thin crust were burnt and one had no sauce or toppings on one side. We waited so long because the driver got lost to find our pizza's like this. We were so let down.it is not normally that bad. We will still continue to order from Domino's.

Last Tuesday I ordered a pizza from our local store - we went to collect it as we know from experience that when we order on the phone there is ALWAYS an issue with the order and it is far better to speak to people whose first language invariably isn't English face to face. When we got home, the pizza didn't have the dominator base. We called and the manager said he's send us replacements. They came 1.5 hours after we initially went in to order...not great - we were starving. Then, to add insult to injury look at the pic to see what we actually received, this is after complaining. Hmmm that was money well spent! Looking forward to your response Domino's

Ben Brown I have been loving the new and improved Domino's. I have even brought a few friends back around to try and they have been converted back. Normally everything is great, but last night... not so much. It was almost like we got someone else's order.

Normally try to order online to keep mistakes from happening, but we were trying to order the $5.99 2 or more. Website would only allow for 2 items to be added. Even when we tried to added on a pizza that would qualify, the item amount came out too high, so we called.

Ordered 3 things. One came out right, the others...

Pasta ordered, but it came in a bread bowl, which we were definitely no a fan of.

Last item came on a super thing crust and one of the toppings were correct.

WendyandWilbert Whitebull dominos used to have the best deep dish pizza but since they changed to hand tossed it sucks! Pizza Hut here I come.

While i normally LOVE your pizza, i ordered lunch from your copperas cove store and let me tell you, this is the WORST greasiest pizza i have ever had! The pizza is so saturated with grease that it is falling apart before i can even take a bite. This will be the last time i eat dominos! Absolutely disgusting!

Buffalo wings, with the bones. fried wings, with a scoop of this runny & watery supposedly HOT SAUCE. Bring a spoon, cause it's like soup! You should be ashamed. This red hot sauce just was everywhere. In their package, on my table, all over my hands, of course, my shirt! Watery, soupy sauce. Yuk!!!

I have had your pizzas from other stores and the toppings have been great. Why is it my home store is terrible at making pizzas?

Really annoyed.....Domino's ...what a joke!! Customer service- 0 Food- 0 We got there when the order was "supposed" to be ready....2 minutes we were told, waiting on 1 pizza....nothing else was said to us, we waited, and waited. They could have let us know what was going on, instead they just carried on talking to each other. When we asked what was going on, 2 of the staff had no idea, they had to ask someone else. 30 Minutes passed and we FINALLY got our order. The pizza we were waiting on was hot, way too greasy though. Everything else was COLD. No sauce with the chicken wings either. We were so looking forward to it, what a big let down.... And all they could offer us is a free bottle of coke and a free pizza next time...

Jessica McDonnough I ordered from your sanford, florida location and got THE WORST service i've gotten from a pizza place in a long time. I walked into the front doors and sitting on one of the tables was a girl sitting cross legged on the table texting. I then waited for her to finish and/or realize she had customers and jumped down rang me up and never even looked me in the face or even smile. The cook was even worse, he was dirty ooking and looked pretty annoyed we were ordering food. It took them almost 30 minutes just to make breadbites and a sandwhich which would't have been so bad if the store wasn't absolutely disgusting....do you guys not clean???? I just don't understand...how do you have commercials talking about how fresh your food is, how friendly your employees are, etc. and in all reality give horrible service. Upon coming home I found the box my bites were in completely soaked through to my jeans they were sitting on(my lap) and a PILE of butter and garlic and the bites dreanched in butter....to the point they were soagy. I couldn't even eat them they were so soagy...

Garrett Reardon I placed an order for two bowls of pasta, one without chicken and one without sausage, and somehow I ended up with exactly what I didn't order. This is not the first time this has happened, and it's not the first time I have contacted the store with the same exact issue. On 2/27/2013 order number 418047 the exact same issue occurred. Each time I call the store to fix the issue, I am always rushed to explain what happened, then they offer to bring me the fixed order. I shouldn't have to wait another 53-63 minutes for your employees to do what they should have done correctly in the first place. Not to mention the fact that I stood in the rain waiting for your driver to figure out what building she was delivering the order to. This is not the first time this has happened, but I can assure you it will be the last. I will NEVER order anything else from Domino's again in my life. I can't believe I just paid $18.07 for food I can't even eat.

Bryan Bam Bam Adamczyk Just had a not so great experience. Ordered online and said ready in 9-14 mins. Well i get there in 12 mins and then still had to wait 20 mins. Then they got 2 things done and have to wait a long time for the last to come out. So some of my order was sitting under a lamp forever while I waited for the last part. This was at the Lawrenceville, GA location on lawrenceville, hwy. Not a happy camper after this.
