Employee Exit Interview and Satisfaction Survey Employee exit interviews are used to gather information from separating

personnel. The survey covers issues such as benefits, working conditions, opportunities for career advancement, the quality and quantity of the workload, and relationships with co-workers and supervisors. The justification for such data collections is that complete and more accurate data can be gathered from personnel as they leave. The HR Department the company also has the Exit Employee Interview Survey System for both Management and Non- Management Employee. Here we have taken a Non- Management Employee Exit Interview, which are given bellow: Question-1: Why have you decided to leave the company? Answer: I have got a chance for a job as a Packer in the Singapore. Question-2: The quality of supervision is important to most people at work. How was your relationship with your Supervisor? Answer: I felt my direct supervisor/manger was not advocates for me or my co-workers. It was disappointing to say the least and I felt that disorganization and lack of caring and compassion about the program is what truly pushed me away. The attitude of the Operation Supervisor is intolerable. Other packers are also disappointed with his rude and unprofessional attitude. Question-3: What was least satisfying about your job? Answer: The increment of the salary. Here, in the company/ warehouse, when the salary increment is coming the workers who are worked hard they are ignored, rather those who are not do well they get high increment on the basis of good relation with his Supervisor. In this case, our Supervisor is biased. The recognition of work is less here, which generate employee de motivate. Question-4: What did you dislike about your job? What would you change about your job? Answer: The Friday Duty system is not liked by all the staff at Warehouse. They want to spend the day with their family. But, they are scary to say this, as their Supervisor approaches are not good. But, if they work in the holiday they supposed to be getting 2 times of their basic salary. Question-5: What did you like most about the company? Answer: The Annual Picnic and the Birthday Party. These are the motivational program. We all like and enjoy a lot on these programs. Everyone hope that these programs will take place in future as an annual basis. Question-6: Were you happy with your pay, benefits and other incentives? Answer: I said previous, that the current situation at Warehouse. These facilities are all depend on the Supervisors mood and attitude. Question-7: Did anyone in this company discriminate against you, harass you or cause hostile working conditions? Answer: Yes. The Head of HR handle and solve the matter.

Question-8: Did any company policies or procedures (or any other obstacles) make your job more difficult? Answer: Not at all. After coming the new Head of HR, employees at warehouse are happy, as they feel they get higher benefits then previous. Question-9: Would you recommend working for this company to your family and friends? Answer: Yes. Question-10: Based on your experience with us, what do you think it takes to succeed at this company? Answer: It is a renowned company of the country and all over the world. This company needs to taking care its packers by giving their proper work recognition, compensation and benefits; especially the attitude of the Manger is must to change. Otherwise, this company will lose a huge number of packers, which will reduce the company fame.
