On the other hand, we will help to make the designs become the installable themes, and promote them in the Google Play Store to the mobile phone users. The products are evaluated by the users all around the world, which is absolutely fair and open. The designers and us will benefit from the theme sales and separate the revenue.

Profit separating by Natural Month

1 Internal Examining and Contract Signing The designs will be examined by us. If the design meets all the requirements, we will make a contract with the designer. If not, we will provide professional suggestions to the designers helping them alter and refine their designs. We will continue the contract signing process once the resubmitted work is qualified. Instead, the designer can make another new work, and submit it again. 2 The Rest of the Materials Submitting The designer shall submit the rest of the materials of the themes with APK in agreed time stated in the contract. The theme APK can be made by GO Launcher Theme Making Tool. theme, as well as notify the downloading link of the theme to corresponding designers for further following up. 4 The Role of the Profit Separating We will use one nature month as a unit to separate profit monthly. The price of the listed theme is 1.99 US dollars/per. We will figure out the total profit of the themes in each nature month through the statistics acquired from Google Play Store Developer Console. The distribution of the total profit: Google Play Store collects 30% of the total profit as the commission; Freedom Design Team collects 70% of the rest profit after subtracting the commission to Play Store as the service fee; the designer collects the rest 30%. We will inform and send the sales report screenshot revealing the profit separating detail to the designer in email.

Total income: the sales volume of the themes * unit price * 70% (Google Play collect 30% as commission) * exchange rate (according to the intraday rate) * 30% designers bonus tax payable= actual amount
